So, how do you calculate the number of marlas in your plot? Here’s a step-by-step guide:

Multiply the length and width of your plot to calculate the total area. For example, if your plot is 50 feet long and 30 feet wide, the total area would be 50 x 30 = 1,500 square feet.
Convert the total area to marlas. One marla is equal to about 272.25 square feet, so to convert your total area to marlas, you’ll need to divide the total area by 272.25. For example, if your plot has a total area of 1,500 square feet, you’ll have 1,500 / 272.25 = 5.47 marlas.
Round the result to the nearest whole number. In the example above, the plot has 5.47 marlas, which you would round up to 6 marlas.

It’s important to note that the size of a marla can vary slightly depending on the location. In some areas, a marla may be slightly larger or smaller than 272.25 square feet such as 250 or 225.
